Semi-dark beer, top-fermented. A semi-dark variant of American Ale. The beer is made from four types of barley malts, which give it its amber color. A large amount of hops provides a higher bitterness, complemented by flavors and aromas of red berries, citrus, and tropical fruits. 11% EBC, IBU: 42, 4,6% obj. alc.
A light top-fermented beer brewed in the India Pale Ale style, a very drinkable beer with pronounced bitterness thanks to aromatic hops, which give the beer notes of citrus and pine
A light, full-bodied beer. A top-fermented pale beer with a hint of pineapple. The distinctive aroma, achieved through dry hopping with four types of aromatic hops, is complemented by pineapple juice.12 % EBC, IBU: 26, 5,0% hm alc.
Light top-fermented beer. The beer has an aroma of tropical fruit, citrus, forest fruits obtained
by dry hopping with Pacific Sunrise hops. The beer is very drinkable. 11%EBC, IBU: 37, 4,5% obj. alc.
The low gradient is perfect for hot summer days. The medium bitterness is complemented by
light notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit, which we can easily feel on the aroma, the beer
directly encourages you to drink more. 10 % EBC, IBU: 35, 4,5% hm. alc.
& Restaurant Vojanův dvůr
Vojanův dvůr brewery and restaurant is located in Malá Strana (the Lesser Town) in an historic building that was originally a bishopric court dating back to the 13th century. The grand opening of the brewery was held in July 2018, making Vojanův dvůr the first micro-brewery in Malá Strana. The beer here is brewed by Robert Maňák, an experienced brew master from our sister brewery U tří růží. Under his guidance you can look forward to special beers you won’t find elsewhere.
Head chef Martin Procházka prepares delicacies of traditional Czech and Moravian cuisine with a modern flair. The restaurant has plenty of room inside and out with its spacious summer garden and even boasts a covered podium, making it the ideal space for weddings, banquets, team building and private parties.
The first mention of the building dates from 1249, when it was the residence of the Bishop of Prague. In the early 19th century it passed into the hands of the noble Windisch-Grätz family and was also used as an imperial stables. One of the horses kept there, ARDO II, was chosen by sculptor Jan Myslbek as a model for the equestrian statue of Saint Wenceslas at the top of Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square).

The cozy restaurant, "Formanka" of 40 seats with a new bar, which has five taps bar facilities, where we can offer a several kinds of homemade beers from our micro - brewery You can enjoy specialties of Czech and international cuisine, which will prepare Chef Martin Procházka and his team.
In the restaurant Vojanův dvůr is possible to organize private events for which we are using our "Stable", which has a capacity of 70 seats. It also boastswith its summer garden, which seats up to 140 seats, where we will please you with our summer menu from the grill, nice cold beers or fresh drinks.

Martin ProcházkaTraditional Czech (Bohemian and Moravian) cuisine are prepared in our restaurant Vojanuv dvur under the leadership of our skilled chef Martin Procházka.
Hotel Alcron was the former employer of Martin Prochazka where he had worked as assistant chef and significantly participated on the gaining of the Michelin Star which they received in 2012.
